How Long Does Shipping Take?

All orders ship out within 2-4 business days not including weekends & holidays.

All orders are shipped via USPS w/ tracking and delivery confirmation.

How long does it take to process my order?

Please allow 1-3 business days after purchase, for your order to be processed and fulfilled. You will receive an order confirmation email and tracking information once your order is ready to be shipped.

Can I check my order status or tracking information?

Your tracking information will be emailed to you in 1-2 business days. Once the email has been sent, please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to populate.
If you have not received your tracking information, please contact us. We are happy to check.

Where do you ship to?

Orders can be shipped within the continental United States, Alaska, Hawaii, and to APO/FPO address (some restrictions apply).
At this time, we do not ship internationally. We apologize for any inconveniences.

How can I get free shipping?

We offer free shipping for purchases made over $100 USD.

I made a mistake on my shipping address. Can I change the shipping address on my order?

Unfortunately, once an order has been placed, we cannot change the shipping address. Please contact us immediately to cancel your order and place it again.

Returns & Exchanges

How can I return or exchange my order?

Eligible items can be returned within 14 days of receipt. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging to qualify for a return. Items that do no meet this criteria will not be accepted.

All sales items are final sale and cannot be returned.

Are the hoodies and joggers true to size?

Size up on the pants only, hoodies and tees are true to size.

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We offer returns or exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.

Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:

Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original packaging
Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use

Print your prepaid shipping label that you will receive by email
Send all items back to us using the label provided
