My name is Abel Arreola, and Threads On Fire started with nothing but a vision, a stack of tees, and a grind mentality forged from real struggle.

I grew up in a low-income Mexican-American home where nothing was handed out — everything was earned. Back in 2012, I hit rock bottom. I had just lost my job. My car was gone. No savings. No plan. But I had one thing left — fire. That inner fire to create something bigger than my situation.

So I hit the local swap meet.

Every weekend, I’d wake up early, set up my table in the hot sun, and hustle. I started by flipping second-hand gear with my own twist. I wasn't chasing trends — I was building a vibe. Matching fits with clean sneakers, studying fashion, understanding the culture. My booth grew into a brand because people saw the vision before the logo ever existed.

By 2015, I leveled up. I launched my first website and started shipping gear coast to coast. What started under a pop-up tent became a growing streetwear movement — backed by style, substance, and heritage. I rebranded as Threads On Fire — a name that speaks to the passion that kept me pushing when everything else burned down.
